This workshop teaches practical tools for emotional awareness, self regulation, conflict resolution, and problem solving. At D.I.M.E, we support self-development programs for youth by helping mentees recognize triggers and build stronger coping habits. The goal is to reduce crisis moments and help youth function better at home, in school, and in the community. Through steady guidance, participants learn how to pause, think, communicate, and make better choices.
