FXC Fashion and Entrepreneurship 101

FXC Fashion And Entrepreneurship 101 helps youth explore creativity, business thinking, and personal growth through fashion. This workshop teaches participants how design, branding, sales, and simple financial planning can connect to real opportunities. At D.I.M.E, the program supports leadership skills for young adults by helping them build confidence, discipline, and a stronger sense of purpose. Youth also learn how to manage pressure, recognize burnout, and stay focused while building something of their own. The goal is to turn creative interest into practical direction, stronger decision making, and positive future planning.

Building Creative Skills With Business Confidence

This workshop is part of D.I.M.E’s youth empowerment programs because it gives young people a space to learn, create, and think about their future in a practical way. Participants gain exposure to fashion basics, entrepreneurship, communication, teamwork, and personal responsibility. The program also supports self-development programs for youth by helping them understand discipline, emotional balance, and healthy work habits. Through guided activities, youth learn how ideas can become projects, brands, and long term goals. FXC 101 gives participants the confidence to see their creativity as something valuable and worth building.
